Shelter Reservations
We are currently accepting park reservations via our new online software! You no longer have to call in to check the availability of your desired date and time - you may check dates and book your reservation at your convenience.

NOTE: You may already have a profile if you have booked something recently with the Sherwood Center for the Arts. If that is the case, there is no need to create an additional profile. If you have any questions with getting set up please contact the Public Works Department at 503-625-5722.
Rental fees are applicable for parks that have covered areas (Snyder Park, Stella Olsen Park, Pioneer Park, Murdock Park, and Woodhaven Park).
We offer 3 different blocks of time on each day; 8am to noon, 12:30 to 4:30, and 5pm to close. Rates are as follows and please note that different park shelters are offered at different rates:
