Old Town Facade Grant

Did you know that property owners in Old Town may be eligible for partial reimbursement for improvements to the facades of their buildings? 

The Sherwood Urban Renewal Agency has helped several property owners improve the curb appeal of their buildings with new siding, paint, and other design elements. This program helps individual business owners spruce up the appearance of their businesses. This helps the businesses and helps Old Town as a whole to become a more attractive place. Everyone benefits!
