Proposal: The applicant proposes a site plan modification to remodel the existing building for use as Kohl’s Department Store. The modifications to the site include a front entrance expansion of approximately 8,000 square feet. The applicant proposes to relocate the ADA parking spaces, medians and lights in addition to storm drain inlet and pipes. Water line modification will consist of relocating one fire hydrant. The existing drive onto SW 12th Street will be relocated northeast approximately 200 feet to align with the existing drive onto SW Sherwood Blvd.
