The Human Resources staff provides a wide variety of services and functions including:
Benefits Administration, Workers Compensation Administration, Classification and Compensation, Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Training, and Safety/Risk Management.
The City of Sherwood reviews all applications submitted by the closing date for advertised openings. Applications are scored based on the applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and abilities. All applicants will be advised, either by phone or U.S. mail, of their status in the employment process.
