The City of Sherwood Hearings Officer is appointed by the City Council for a term of two years. The Hearings Officer serves as the Hearing Authority for conditional uses, variances, site plan reviews for projects measuring between 15,001 and 40,000 square feet of floor area, parking or seating capacity, and subdivisions less than 50 lots in size. The Sherwood Hearings Officer generally conducts hearings on Mondays throughout the month with the frequency dictated by the number of land use applications, at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Room located at the Sherwood City Hall, 22560 SW Pine Street, Sherwood.

May 2nd – May 9th Additional time for the public to respond to any testimony or provide any additional testimony on the record. Comments must be received no later than 5PM on the 9th.
May 9th – May 16th – Applicant’s opportunity for final rebuttal and closing arguments.
