Outdoor Seating Permit

The City has initiated a pilot program to help local businesses streamline the use of sidewalk and on-street parking spaces for outdoor seating.  Beginning immediately, businesses may apply for an outdoor seating permit (application attached).  For businesses looking to expand seating of private property (parking lots and walkways within a development complex), please contact the Planning Department to discuss options and processes at (503) 925-2308.
