Applications that received preliminary land use approval from January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2009 have until December 31, 2013 to begin construction of their project or record the final plat for partitions and subdivisions per Ordinance 2010-006. For more information click here.

Approved Projects
Approved project that have not begun the actual construction phase.

Proposed Projects
Projects that have been proposed but have not been approved through the staff  (Type II) or Public Hearing (Type III- V).
